Play Time

This is what a regular afternoon was like with me, Mom and Ate Sam. Playing on the floor, reading books, singing songs, and just having fun!

Mama Mia!!!

Mom really wanted to watch this movie and invited Tita Bebing and Lola B along. Ate Sam enjoyed the movie and all I can say is that I enjoyed the dark and the nice songs which lulled me to sleep!!! :)

Too bad Mom found a job soon after this because she couldn't take me and Ate Sam for more Monday morning movies with the other kids!

3-Month Well Baby Check-up

At 3 months old, I am still in the 75th percentile for weight at
14 lbs. and 50th percentile for height at 24 inches.

Mom reported that I can now rollover on my own from back to my tummy. And the doctor said that I was doing very well.

I also got 3 shots today. BooHoo!!!! Hib, Hep-B and Prevnar. But was a real brave boy because I only cried very briefly! ;)

Just a few days later, Joaquin was able to roll over but stll needing some help because he still could not figure out how to pull his arm under his body!

Self-Soothing

I've gotten really good at soothing myself these days when my milk and my binkie are both not available. Sometimes, I can even put myself to sleep this way...

Beach Boy

My first time at the beach was at Santa Monica last June 14 when my cousins (Kuyas Matthew, Ian, and Timmy, and Ate Alex) came to visit SoCal. It was very windy that day so I didn't get to enjoy the surf and sand and was just confined in my carseat with the view blocked by towels.

My second trip was waaay more fun for me. It was at Manhattan Beach over the 4th of July weekend. Just me, Mom, Dad, Ate Sam, and Tita Bebing. I got to enjoy the summer breeze and the smell of salt water.
