First Halloween

My first Halloween was not as eventful as Mom hoped it would be. I'm still a little small to be going around with my own trick-or-treat bag so instead, Mom just dressed me up in this orange outfit and strapped me in my seat to join and observe the grown-ups in action as they took Ate Sam around Toluca Lake. Mom is looking forward to Halloween 2009 since she can dress me up then and thinks I can better appreciate the holiday.

Silly Faces

Here I am just playing with Ate Sam, Mom and Ninong Bondy. I still could not sit up straight on my own and would fall sideways without support.

Ate Sam's Party

I really could not tell what was going on around. Heard it was Ate Sam's 3rd birthday party.

All I know was that there were a lot of people carrying me, staring at me and cooing at me. I guess they thought what a cute and behaved baby I was. Just chillin' in my seat and hangin' with my 2 grandmas.

Mom said I impressed a lot of folks because I never cried during the long party! ;)

Meeting Ninong Bondy and Momsy

Ninong Bondy is my Mom's youngest brother who came here from Manila to celebrate Ate Sam's 3rd birthday and more importantly, to be present at my baptism! :) Mom thinks I look like Ninong Bondy when he was a baby.

Ninong Bondy played with me a lot and hugged me a lot too!

Momsy finally got to meet me! :) Too bad Lolo Pops and my Mom's other sibs couldn't make the long trip to L.A. but hopefully I get to meet everyone else soon. Momsy thinks I'm a good-looking baby ;) She liked singing songs to me (Itsy Bitsy Spider and This Little Piggie).

First Solids - Rice

I finally got to try my first solid food - RICE. Mom was surprised that I took to it right away! True Filipino ;)

A Visit to Placerville

With my future "Ninang" Joy at their beautiful Placerville home. Mom and Dad had an engagement party to go to that weekend and decided it would be a great chance to visit too. Too bad Tito Jeff was not around at the time.

Relaxing on the bed inside the camper. I liked it because I had a nice view of the trees outside the camper door ;)

Here with Ate Alex.

Fun Times with Lola B

Mom and Dad are very thankful that Lola B is around to watch and care for me. She and I have really bonded and are very close. I like her humming even if Tita Bebing says it has no beginning and no end.

I promise to behave and not be so rowdy so that Lola can watch me for a long time! :)
